*I recommend dressing in layers…on cooler mornings or
evenings you may start out cold…but will be sweating in no time!!!
*Be sure to wear supportive
athletic shoes.
*Be sure to bring water.
*Camp will be held rain or
shine…(ridiculous pouring rain and/or thunderstorms we will reschedule…I am not
THAT unreasonable :)
*I suggest bringing a towel
and/or mat for ground exercises/stretches and wiping your brow!
*Be sure you eat a good snack
at least an hour before camp…you will need the fuel to make it through the
workout. I will give campers basic
weight loss and sport nutrition tips during camps.
